Los Angeles Police Caught in Two Officer Involved Shootings Injuring 2 Women Delivering Newspapers

 LOS ANGELES, CA – It doesn’t get any messier as Los Angeles police officers, involved in a statewide manhunt for an ex-LAPD colleague, came across vehicles matching the one sought by authorities in massive manhunt at two separate locations.

The first location in Torrance involved Los Angeles police detectives from the Hollywood division, who got caught up in an officer involved shooting, which resulted in gunfire injuring two women that had been delivering newspapers. They have since been transported to an area hospital.

The incident took place at approximately 5:20 a.m. in the 19500 block of Redbeam Avenue according to sources. The extent of their injures has not been made public.

The second incident involved Torrance police, and occurred at Flagler Lane and Beryl Street at approximately 5:45 a.m. No injuries were reported in that incident.

According to Torrance police Lt. Devin Chase Neither event was directly related to hunted suspect, Christopher Jordan Dorner, 33, who as of Thursday morning remains at large.

There is something more to the story of this manhunt than we are being told..But hey,
thank goodness for our police protection!
